Nutritional Therapy PRactitioner & Health Coach
After a devastating miscarriage, I was trying to navigate the modern medical system and find out what to do in order to have a healthy pregnancy. After several doctor appointments, and lots of Googling, I wasn’t really getting much direction or the guidance that I wanted. I knew that my food intake and lifestyle probably weren’t the best at the time but I didn’t know how to set my body up to grow a healthy baby, beyond taking a prenatal vitamin (which I now know is just the tip of the iceberg)!
After being certified as a Health Coach, I further specialized and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, with the hope of getting my body prepared for conception and carry to a full-term pregnancy. I didn’t want to go through the pain of another miscarriage.
After implementing changes to my diet, my lifestyle and very importantly, my mindset, I was able to get pregnant and give birth to a healthy, full term baby boy just over a year later. After spending time with my baby and experiencing the love that filled my heart, I wanted to help others achieve the same.

“The world is in a vulnerable place right now. The standard diet of processed, chemical-laden foods is a global issue ... with some countries once fighting hunger now finding themselves fighting an obesity epidemic. Solutions typically come in a prescription bottle or through surgery but rarely through long-term, sustainable change.
But there are signs that the model is shifting. Integrative Nutrition is at the forefront of a healthier future.”
